Privacy Policy – Data
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Data is an internal tool operated by WETUBE MEDIA. It is used only by our team for channels we own or manage.
What data we access. With the channel owner's permission, Data reads YouTube Analytics reports (views, watch time, audience retention, audience demographics, and estimated revenue) through the official YouTube Analytics API. It has read-only access and cannot upload, edit or delete anything on YouTube.
How we use it. The data is written to private Google Sheets owned by our team and is used only for internal performance reports.
Sharing. We do not sell, share or transfer this data to any third party.
Storage and retention. Data is kept in our Google Sheets for as long as it is needed for reporting. Access tokens are stored in Google Apps Script properties, which only the authorizing user can read.
Revoking access. You can revoke access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. You can also review Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
Data's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
